Bush Admin Talks Big, but Does Little to Secure Foreign Nukes-Bush History,7/17
The Bush administration has talked a lot about the catastrophic potential should nuclear material, stored in poorly secured locations around the globe, fall into terrorist hands. Alas, for all the talk, progress in securing these materials has been slow in the Bush years. Former Georgia Sen. Sam Nunn talks of "a big gap between words and deeds".
