Sure, Helms may have soften up a bit at the end of his career but this is a guy who had this to say about AIDs:

“There is not one single case of AIDS in this country that cannot be traced in origin to sodomy.”

So I'm wondering, what other bills can old Libby Dole name for Jesse Helms - like perhaps the Jesse Helms Civil Rights Bill or the Jesse Helms Heathcare Bill.
