with the complete reversal of the democrats in congress? I mean could it be that some of the key ones like Nancy "you know who" are being extorted or blackmailed. I just don't understand it.I honestly believe that the whole eavesdropping scam was using terrorism as a smokescreen so they could dig up trash on political opponents.What do you think?

Not necessarily that someone had the goods on them based on wiretapping -- rather that they had been beiefed on the illegal wiretapping and had not objected nor tried to take any action to oppose it. They abetted a crime, both after the fact and before (since the activity went on after they were briefed).
