She appeared on some MSNBC show with Alex Witt (I will restrain myself from going for the obvious joke on that name). The Good "Doctor" (Don't you just wince when you think of all the people who seem to be playing with sub 52 card decks who are "doctors"?), it seems, has written a book. "The Accidental Landlord" or some such. She lives in Orange County California and is telling us how to survive the housing crisis. Or something like that. Anyway, she was citing clever ways people are selling houses.

"A neighbor of mine, to make his house more attractive, is including the Ferrari that's in the garage."

"Some builders are offering a vacation cabin on a lake along with the big house they're selling. A instant lifestyle"

Nowhere, however, in her self aggrandizing gigglefest with the host, was the word "mortgage" used. To her, this was all some minor inconvenience that she and her fellow Orange Countians would endure and get through .... somehow.
