So Bush's Iraqi puppet Maliki wants pretty much the same troop pull out plan as Obama? |
|
Looks like he is Obamas Iraqi puppet now.
How did Obama manage that?

2. But how did Obama manage that? |

I am beginning to think he is a lot smarter than many people including myself have previously given him credit for.

4. Our puppets in Iraq were not chosen correctly |

Which rather surprises me. Most of this has been done by the book...but they didn't install people willing to hand the oil over just because we asked.
I'm also rather surprised Maliki is still breathing after telling Bush to go home.

Maliki is more afraid of his own people than Bush. The people of Iraq want us out, and they don't want big oil companies from the U.S. and England getting their oil. They know what the plan was, and they want to put a stop to it, which is a good thing. Bush can't do much after telling the world if the Iraq leaders asked the U.S. to leave, they would! As long as Maliki stands his ground and waits for Obama to get elected, Bush doesn't stand a chance. I be he and Cheney are mad as hell, and have all kinds of fits over this!

6. We can hope he'll stand his ground |

But one of the nightmare scenarios I thought of 2 years ago when Bush was pushing for an Iran strike and Maliki was giving Bush heartburn was a nuclear strike on Baghdad that would be blamed on Iran.
I really hope I'm not Cassandra'ing about that.
