The American auto industry is going bye-bye. The only thing I'd do with their stock is short it.

5. i remember the same thing was said about Chrysler
if i remember the stock was selling for under two dollars. then with in a few years it was selling for over 50...

the american auto industry is not going to go away

6. This is one of the biggest fears of Japan, China, Russia and
the gulf oil producing states that own most of the US debt. If they start seeing it spread, they will take action and the US won't like what they do.

I wish I could find that article I read a week or so ago about this... It was a Japanese spokesperson talking about the inherent risk present in the US economy.
