1. The Republickers have been saying that for years
"If Clinton had done his job, 9/11 would never have happened." That's their theme.

10. True - if Clinton hadn't spent the 90s protecting Poppy Bush from being fully exposed
on BCCI, IranContra and CIA drugrunning, then 9-11 would NOT have happened. But Rethugs don't GET what Clinton REALLY did wrong in siding with Bush and his cronies' secrecy and privilege over the American peoples' right to open government, so they manufacture other reasons.

if Clinton had done his job and prosecuted the Iran/Contra players, then it's my belief that 911 would have never occurred.

14. Bin Ladens banked with the Bushes at BCCI. Dirty dealings from ALL those cronies
for decades - they developed and nurtured the worst of the global terror networks to set up the fearful mindset.

3. I think the republicans have just entered the first stage of grief
(over their inevitable landslide loss of the Presidency and Congress) and that stage is denial.

4. The Repukes have doing that since 9/12
Blame Clinton for everything bad.

Ironically, when Clinton was in office and the economy was doing so great, they tried to say it was a delayed effect of Reagan's policies.

5. No -- he said if Bush had a fault, it was in allowing 9/11 to happen.
I've never heard a Republican say that before.

8. Bush would have stopped the 9/11 attacks...
but they couldn't type World Trade Centre because the Clintons stole all the W keys from the computers.

12. Was this guy in Congress in 98-99?
And are there any quotes from him where he chided Clinton for bombing a terrorist's camp, saying that it was an attempt to draw attention away from really important matters which affected this nation, namely impeaching BC for a BJ???
