She's already saying that he's lying about not talking bad about Bush while in another country.

1. Read Chuck Todd's Reply to Me
I think my line about the speech was mis-interpreted... the point I was making is that he didn't say anything controversial, in fact, nothing in the speech would be disputed by McCain... of course, mechanically, McCain could not have given that speech...

Original e-mail from me:

Damn Chuck, you are one of the few guys in the corporate news gang that I trusted - my friend and I used to joke during the Obama/Clinton primary that we needed to hear from you to explain in layman's terms what "it all meant" when it came to the numbers.

But lately....When you stated "McCain could have given the same speech" in Berlin - my heart sunk. Really Chuck? I'm trying to think of any speech McCain has given recently that hasn't put me to sleep. Especially the one in front of the green banner which was touted as a big deal.

It's as if Obama is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. The media trashes him and over analyze him too death. MSNBC sadly is surpassing FOX when immediately following an Obama speech or press conference, MSNBC has it's paid and/or partisan guests to pick his performance apart or defend. I have switched to CNN or online for all Obama events now, because of this. They eventually discuss the event, but they do not jump on it before he's even finished which is now what happens on MSNBC on a frequent basis.

This garbage does not happen with such vigor when it comes to John McCain.

Today I am turning off cable news for at least a week. Will that be enough time for the talking heads to blather on and on about Sen. Obama's performance on foreign soil? Is that how long it will take to come to the conclusion that after all was said and done, Mr. Obama's popularity in Europe is a detriment for Sen. Obama. He should have stayed home and now he's losing in the polls because the dummies in this country are now convinced also.

5. Yeah turn it off, most of the world is on vacation
I doubt whether many Americans are paying that much attention right now either. Two days without the MSM did me good, then I come back and hear Andrea talking trash about Obama, she and Katie Couric ought to get together, they make a nice couple of witches.

7. You wrote a great letter to him, o.
It was straight from the heart and hit the important points.

I'm giving myself a good rest up from the programs. My tv is off in the afternoons unless I watch an old movie on TCM. At 6, I watch Keith and a little bit of Dan. But even last night I hit the mute button when Joe started to speak on Dan's show (I forget Joe's last name but he's a Republican). Ron Reagan was on and I wasn't going to miss his thoughts. But Joe was going to be one fabricated negative after another. I'm better for it leaving the tv off of the news channels. I watched Obama on C-Span. It was great.

Maybe I'll go back to watching them after Obama is elected. :D I'd like to see Andrea and the rest have to gag down the reality. Maybe she'll spontaneously combust on air for us. A nice finishing touch to her career.

:yourock:

8. Thanks
I knew McCain could have given the same speech in words only - but he didn't. Because it would never occur to McCain or his inept staff to suggest something so bold. No he goes up to Canada and speaks to some group.

4. Given her record of dishonesty and spreading unfounded rumors
it's hard to understand why anyone pays her any mind.
