Now that should be a real hoot to watch.

Did someone say shoe lifts?

Don

Edit to add photo for comparison (Sarkozy is a bit taller than McCain):

3. When people see the 2 of them side by side, the comparison will be striking.
People will be saying, "Oh my god!" McCain will be this tiny, old man. Obama will be strong, tall and presidential.

4. They'll make concessions for him
They'll go out of their way to make sure that they are seated at debates and cameras never show them standing together.

5. Obama has a kind of stage presence would be very hard for anyone
to go up against. Seriously. No matter how tall or big or whatever, Obama projects intelligence, grace and reasonableness. As a producer who has spent a lot of time working with stuff like that, I feel sorry for McMore most of the time, trying to compete. It's not going to work for him.

We faked them out, Don. We got a looker this time.

10. QUICK! McCain better read this article by the bbc:
Fat friends 'can boost your size'

People are subconsciously influenced by the weight of those around them - so fat friends can cause someone to put on weight too, researchers suggest.

I wish I know my way around photoshop, b/c I could have "so much fun" with this one.....

11. The podiums will be on completely opposite sides of the stage...
...and I wouldn't be surprised if McCain's podium was a few inches shorter to minimize the visible height difference.

26. If they stand behind a podium, McNuts will be standing on a riser.
That's happened many times before when there was a dramatic difference in height between two candidates. I don't think that a major problem. The BIG problem I see is that they won't be able to do enough makeup on McNuts to bbe able to hide the dramatic difference in vibrant health and (sorry to say) old age. I've said it before, it's not his age in years that appears debilitating, but his state of mind. Compare McNuts and Laughtenburg. Frank if OLDER than John, but the actions, ideas, and appearance of the two are dramatically different!
