Poll question: Companion poll: Which state has the best pair of senators?
As much as I want to vote for my homies - Levin/Stabenow, and as fantastic as I think the Kennedy/Kerry duopoly is, and even though Barbara Boxer counts as two senators to make up for the uninspiring DiFi....I think I've got to give it up for Bernie Sanders and Pat Leahy.

2. As great as Ted and John are from MA
it's gotta be Vermont's dynamic duo.

4. Had to vote for MA just to keep pace with MI.....
Stabenow and her DLC persona drag down the MI duo into the ditch

6. Not Arkansas.
Which was wisely not on the list, despite two supposedly "Democratic" senators.

8. You're WAY too kind
describing Di Fi as merely "uninspiring." I can come up with much harsher adjectives than that!

12. I'd agree, if only Cantwell would come around more.
She's getting better, but still not enough. Murray is great though.

15. As a Michigander I had to go with my own!
But some seriously excellent choices there. Still, I am often very proud to read both my Senators' names on lists of who voted the right way on various issues.

17. I could vote several times if you would let me
that is. Amazing that if one is to set down and take a look at the senators they can see we have a lot of fine ones and everyone of them are dems along with Bernie Sanders. I love me some democratic Senators, many of them too.

just had a flash of wouldn't it be something if Obama picked Bernie for his vp spot.
