I have been looking for this clip a while and finally found it. I hope you all laugh as much as I did when I saw it. This was in 1994 at one of those White House Correspondents dinners from CSPAN. I also want to apologize for the poor quality.

6. No, it's not a pic, it's a video which is why I was having problems.
