Seriously if things are so good in Iraq wouldn't right now be the opportune time to leave?
I mean it sure sounds better than evacuating everyone off some roof by helicopter. What are we hanging around there for? Isn't the mission accomplished?

Lets leave now with some dignity.

Does this make sense?

If things are good, it's safe to keep our troops there, so we don't need to leave.
If things are bad, then we must keep out troops there to stabalize the situation, so we can't leave.
