I try to do that whenever I come across somebody new. We all get the vapors enough as it is around here, so it's good to remind people there IS still LOTS of courtesy and hospitality and respect here. 'Cause there IS.

And besides, we need every one of 'em firmly on our side (unless, of course, it's quite obvious that they're trolls and therefore unredeemable).
