To Republicans questioning Obama's judgment and experience: |
|
Have you seen what your "judgment" and Bush's "experience" has brought the nation?
You people supported the worst president in U.S. history and you want to talk about good judgment and "what it takes" to be commander and chief?
In a nutshell, we've got:
Record high energy prices Record high food prices Record deficit Record foreclosures Record business failures Record job losses Dropping home values Failing schools Rising crime rates Skyrocketing health care prices Thousands killed on 9/11 Thousands of Americans dead or displaced from Katrina Thousands of Americans killed in the war on terror A nuclear armed North Korea A nuclear bound Iran Hundreds of thousands of Iraqi's dead or displaced
the list goes on...
Don't even THINK about talking about judgment and experience. The world can't take any more of your judgment and experience.

I would include the national debt. The deficit is only for the current year, while the debt is forever. Last year we paid 450 billion dollars just on interest. The debt this year is over 10 trillion dollars.

National debt is even more important than the deficit.
