Question about inherant contempt.
I'm going to talk to my Congressman today. He's on the oversite committee. Last time I talked to him, I asked him about using the inherant contempt and he said they "absolutely would". That was a year ago. So I want to ask him why the heck they aren't.

I got to thinking. If they can't force the justice department to do their job, what would happen if the Sargent at arms refused to carryout the contempt citation? Anyone know?
