The Christopher Laurie Memorial Fund

Christopher Laurie, son of Pastor Greg Laurie and Cathe Laurie, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 24.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Stella, as well as his brother Jonathan. Christopher and his wife are expecting another daughter in November.


In lieu of flowers, Harvest Christian Fellowship has established the Christopher Laurie Memorial Fund in memory of our friend, co-worker, family member, and brother in Christ. Proceeds from the fund will go to Brittany Laurie, Stella Laurie, and the soon-to-be daughter in order to assist them financially.

I know this may seem unusual for me to post a thread such as this(seeing as I don't care for Evangelists) but, that beautiful young lady, Brittany, is my niece and she is going through a rough time.
After being married for 2 1/2 years, in an instant, she was turned into a widow with a 2 year old(Stella's birthday is this Saturday) and another child on the way.
We only had the pleasure of meeting Chris a few times but found him to be very cool and down to earth.
We love Brittany so, I would appreciate no negative reply's.

new baby will never know his or her dad. This is very sad. Condolences to his parents as well. I hope Brittany can manage the finances on her own.
