...and what a bargain this War on Drugs is! Just last week it only cost us $400 Billion sent to the Mexican Govt to pay for this training. However, try asking for a 5 cent raise in pay at your job? I guarantee you will be told, "OH NO... we can't do that.. a pay raise would be inflationary."
