Charles Manson never actually murdered anyone, & neither did dick cheney.
Manson, who still sits in jail and will never get out, never actually committed murder, but his crime was somehow getting others to murder.

Now dick cheney never actually murdered anyone either, yet a million Iraqis are now dead, and over 4000 G.I.'s are dead, and over 80,000 grievously wounded, all by dick's decree, and dick has even made billions of dollars in profits from all this human misery, yet, he is a free man.

This world ain't fair I tell ya.

1. So Who Is Cheney's Susan Atkins?
Yes, Manson didn't pull the trigger and, if you read Helter Skelter by Bugliosi, you see how tough it was for him to nail Manson in the beginning. It wasn't until Watkins opened up that they had the goods to go after Charlie. So who would drop the dime on Crashcart?

3. Nah...Condi's Silence Is Golden
After 1/20/09, she'll take a world cruise on the U.S.S. Rice (owned by Chevron), sit on a dozen corporate boards and get an "honorary" position somewhere (like John Yu)...she'll cash in and spend the rest of her life stocking up on shoes and revising history. The lady has shown how morally bankrupt she is...a toady for this criminal enterprise. Her speaking out would indict her as well as Crashcart. But then maybe we can pump a few drinks in her and loosen her up.

9. I Kinda Like Monica Goodling...
She sure looked "perky"

What I expect is that there will be a bunch of regime underling who will be selling their story next year. McClelland was just a warm-up. Wanna bet there are many inside the regime who are seeing how much money he's made and think they've got a "million dollar" story to sell as well. Maybe then the "cone of silence" will fall.

12.  (Possibly) Untrue.
According to Susan Atkins and some other insiders, Manson was responsible for personally killing Shorty Shea; additionally, there have been claims that Manson himself killed a young man and a young woman in the months between the Hinman murder and the capture of the Family.

Of course, memory is a slippery thing, especially if it's been clouded by brainwashing, acid, and the extreme desert heat. The recollections of the members of the Family aren't always 100% accurate, but there's enough info there to at least be suspicious about Manson personally committing murder (of someone other than the LaBiancas and/or anyone in the Tate/Polanski house).

11. Bugliosi more than adequately covers this point in his excellent book,
The Prosecution of George W. Bush....a recommended "must read" for anyone sick of the scumbags running this country.

13. Great point, thank you!
Manson's criminal acts were through others, just like Cheney's. Why is one considered culpable but not the other?
