3. Alternate poll: Will she allow a vote on the sending of a Very Sternly-Written Letter?
I say "of course."

15. what the fuck does that even mean?!
the GOAL of issuing subpoenas is to ensure that people appear before the judge, magistrate, or congressional committee. the GOAL of the subpoenas is not to appease rubes like youself whose only concern is that some idiot with a (D) appended to their name occupies a seat in congress despite doing fuckall.

11. why would she allow one against Bolten and Miers
and not one against Rove?

What's the reasoning behind this certainty that she won't allow the vote?

Is Pam Miles writing stories again?

14. He'll be held in contempt, just like Harriet Miers and Josh Bolten were
And what happened to them? Not a damn thing. It was referred to the AG and the AG decided not to pursue it.I think he will be found in contempt, but nothing will happen.

18. Agreed,
The Republicans are so sensitive.

A vote would be hurtful and divisive.

19. IT DOESN'T MATTER.
If she does, and they vote yes, then he will be held in contempt. IF AND IF AND IF AND IF... for NOTHING.

I feel like I'm wasting time even complaining about it. Even thinking about it!
