Nicholas was detatched, cold, and spiteful. Wilhelm was a blustering idiot. Bush is a combination of the two.

They're the type of pinchbeck New England patrician without real class but convinced of their innate superiority to everyone else on the planet who keep giving aristocracy a deservedly bad name.

They're every tinpot dictator or false messiah who has ever existed, psychopaths with enough charisma to delude weak and desperate people into thinking they know the answers while they loot them of everything they ever held to be valuable, including their own lives.

They have always substituted ruthlessness for intelligence, charisma for caring, and self pride for patriotism.
