I knew/know there's an agency in the State Department but couldn't name it.

Five of them are just the intelligence departments of the military, and I think there's an undersecretary of defense who's not really an agency, but part of the "community." The FBI, CIA, DEA, Treasury, NSA, DIA. Still a few short. NRO?
