Family values - leaving a young baby with Down's S. to campaign?!

Whether or not the baby came from her womb or not, once she gave birth to the child or declared herself its mother, she became responsible for the child. Who is going to take care of the child while she engages in a national campaign? The baby is still very young and has special needs. Has she given any thought to the rigors of campaigning?

Her decision to go back to work after 3 days (if she was the birth mother) says something about her family values.

17. Remember, This Is The Party Of "Family Values"

The June Cleaver...mom is the happy housewife party. This is especially the case with a mom who claims to have "home schooled"...now who did that schooling?

Keep in mind this isn't about many of us who admire women who can manage a career and family...this is the party that just isn't against a woman's right to choose but also equal pay. Look at how chastised Hillary Clinton was for having her own law practice...and ambition.

I have a mentally disabled sibbling and it was the center of my late mother's life...she required a lot of loving and attention, not something you hand off to someone else. And now she wants to relocate that child 4,000 miles into a media fishbowl? Dare I also mention that she's using that child as a prop...



No...this isn't like the Obama children, who are older and, fortunately, very happy and healthy children...this is a very special needs child...especially in the first months of life. I don't give a rat's ass who the mother is...but I do think it's worth making a point about how this child needs more care than a nanny.

to climb aboard a commercial jet and fly for 11 hours after her water broke. i don't think it's her baby. and if it is not, the whole situation illustrates how little importance honesty plays in her value system. i've always wondered why people lie when the truth will serve them just as well or even better.
