Am I the only one who finds it troubling that the monumentally insubstantial Mrs. Palin, at her introduction to the world, referred to John McCain's wife as "Mrs. McCain"?
Would you be bothered if Jill Biden referred to Michelle Obama as Mrs. Obabma?
I would be.
