If prices at your pump are going upupup, someone is playing you. The market is not going crazy because on-shore supplies are good and Gustave is not turning into the "cleaner" storm that was feared.

If you feel that you are being gouged at the pump, your state's department of consumer affairs should hear about your concerns.
