and you are outside, you will be subject to arrest.. so, I guess this is a way to "cleanse" the homeless without anyone to watch.. The more I hear about the lock down of this city, the worse it is. AND all these people who evacuated, when will they be able to come back in? After they've selected which neighborhoods to purposely flood because it looks like prime realestate? I don't trust those corrupt bastards over there. Up to no good again..
