What better background to make a GOP acceptance speech from than somewhere, anywhere, on a pile of rubble? I guess he will have his afflicted arm around a fireman during the speech made through the $5.00 Harbor Fright Bullhorn(3AAA batteries included)
Maybe Iraq will send us a loan to help repair the convention week storm carnage. Hell even the missing 10 billion would help out more than what Bush has done for New Orleans since Katrina.
