This could be more than just a coverup. It could be insurance fraud.

2. Could be, but most insurance companies

won't cover illegitimate births. If the whole birth thing was faked by a doctor that wanted to keep her position on the Alaska Health Advisory Board and bills were paid, Palin and the Doc would be guilty of insurance fraud.
