FL House Races: Charlie Cook giveth and taketh away

FL House Races: Charlie Cook giveth and taketh away
The Cook Political Report has changed its ratings for two House races in Florida, with both good and bad news.

In FL 9 (Tampa suburbs) John Dicks' challenge to Incumbent Republican Gus Michael Bilirakis has been downgraded to SAFE REPUBLICAN. in line with the ratings by Rothenberg and CQ Politics.

However, in FL 24 (Space Coast), Suzanne Kosmas is is surging against Congressman Tom Feeney, and the race has been upgraded to TOSS-UP.

By my calculations there are nine Florida races that are competitive to some degree. Going to be an interesting two months...
