Just a suggestion for any St Paul residents

I would FOI a copy of the strategy plan from the St. Paul police regarding the RNC. As well find out as much as you can about Judge Joane Smith.
Sorry to waste a thread on this, I just don't know who's from the area here. Anyway, it'll would be relatively easy to get this info. I certainly hope your local media has started downt that path. However, sometimes citizens have an easier time geting such info than journalists because the powers that be aren't as anxious that the stuff could end up on the front page. So, if anyone wishes to tackle that I'd love to see the results.
