Palins shit has hit the fan! |
|
Hold on to your hats ladies and gentlemen. Will the McCain/Palin camp be able to ride this storm out?
It's unbelieveable they didn't give this selection a little more thought. I don't believe for a nanosecond McCain knew about this dilema in the Palin family.

8. He's in the 'Nixon Box'. Lose-lose situation. |
|
If Nixon knew what his people were doing, he's a crook and shouldn't be president. If Nixon didn't know what his people were doing, he's not in control and shouldn't be president.

4. I saw Steve Schmidt earlier today claiming they did. |

nobody's talking about the political consequences of their knowing, so far at least
what on earth could they have been thinking?
this puts them on the defensive, which is the OPPOSITE of how they roll:
their goal is to keep dems on the defensive at ALL times, and there's enough material on this beauty queen to keep them answering for her for the rest of the month, at least...

7. Could McCain/Palin be a decoy ticket, with a surprise nomination at the Convention? |
|
I've been wondering that all along. Saved their real candidate all the smears and hassles of the primaries so they can trot him out fresh now..

10. I don't think they'd want to risk looking so incompetent and poor at decision-making. |
|
Aaaah, I'm just loving this to no end. They are screwed either way they go on this one. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving group.
