Nearly all of the SNL crowd start started so well off that they are just making fun of others not like them,

even though they are so out of touch they think is comes off as poking fun at the ruling class.

in this show as is the conservative religious hick intern.

In any event my main observation here was NOT to debate 30 Rock but rather to note the striking similarities in features between Tina Fey and Governor Palin.

13. Having actually met my share of new and old SNL writers i can tell you that not much of 30 Rock is

satirical.


Sadly more of it is verbatim or slight exaggeration.


My point. Those people really ARE like that. Some of the old school guys like Franken and Michael O'Donoghue were a little more down to earth,

But face it.....The reason people have been continually complaining about the long 30+ decline of SNL is due to nearly none of the writers of SNL knowing a single thing about the lives of working people.
