blogs have been trying for a long time to draft sarah palin for vp
They did not care who the president was - they were after her for vp
This is a large movement across their candidates long before mcsame was picked
This is much bigger than we thought
they had a plan and executed it

I am back to june 2007 http://palinforvp.blogspot.com/2007_06_01_archive.html and came across these other links
scroll down in the article to get to the links - not sure how long ago these blogs were created - but they have gotten attention in the news and on tv

From "Blogs for Palin":

"Palin for VP?" - GenXDad
"Take Palin & Call Me in the Morning" - Outside of the Box
"Sarah Palin: The First Blog-Driven National Campaign" - Campaign2008Victory (This one actually outlines the beginnings of a strategy to get Palin on the GOP ticket)http://camp2008victory.townhall.com/g/d83dedb6-2b83-4ad1-b593-d5997f1a3bd0

From the rest of the web:

"Veep Watch: Gov. Sarah Palin Sports 90% Approval Rating" - Race42008 http://race42008.com/2007/05/30/veep-watch-gov-sarah-palin-sports-90-approval-rating/
"Veep Palin?" - PostPolitical
"Madam Vice President?" - Save the GOP

1. Just further confirmation that Republicans are numbskulls.
And don't give a shit who's in the WH as long as they agree with them.

2. here a comment from the blog owner adam brickley
First, I am not "the Palin faithful". I am not even an Alaskan. I decided on Palin as a potential running mate after a lot of research in which I considered every GOP Governor, Senator, and Congressman. Second, I highly doubt Gov. Palin knows this blog exists at the moment.

4. The GOP is full of men with a crush on her. That's pretty much her whole
reason for being selected. Had she been fugly, she would be just the Governor of Alaska--or still the mayor of Wasilla.

6. Lots of stuff here...
in the archives about Palin's name being floated as VP http://community.adn.com/blog/24417
The important thing to note, is that this was not the GOP pushing her. Digby has a story about who was behind this..some fundy group. And they did the vetting.

9. yes they vetted and decided this is who they wanted and have been
pushing her into the news and obviously into the gop eyesight to the point that she was actually picked

they drove through their candidate and it worked - these are people to be watched and worked against or use the same tactics to get what we need for this country - they have been stealthly been stealing this country and getting us into wars

they say they are pro life yet they are pro killing anything and everything - that is a contradiction - they want to legislate womens bodies - leave my body out of their reach and every other woman - they are control freaks and sick

8. These are some of the same people..
who have been spamming DU all weekend with "babygate" trolls, trying to distract us from substantive issues and make our side look bad (and possibly spreading malicious software).
