1. Yeah, Palin's one of the last of the baby boomers.

But then Dick Cheney started his career in politics when Barack Obama was eight years old, and Ted Kennedy began his Senate career just one year after Obama was born. I'm not quite sure where you are going with this.

But the fact that she has only been the mayor of a small town for a little over five years and the governor of a small state for a year and a half does say a lot about McCain's choice.
