Only Mr. Olbermann has the gravitas necessary to do that job in MSNBC prime time. MSNBC really had no alternative.
Bear in mind that MSNBC had Mr. Olbermann INSIDE the Reagan Library during the first primary debate. This was after the Special Comment on Mr. Noun, Verb and 9/11. They've put Mr. Olbermann inside the belly of the beast and lived to tell the tale.

Says, the RNC couldn't handle a real progressive in town so they sent him back to NYC. Also, said the convention is like a wake or a funeral. Let's hope it's the memorial for the death of the Republican Party.
