Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin directs a sharp jibe at Barack Obama in her speech to the Republican convention tonight, according to excerpts released by the campaign. Contrasting her resume with his, she says: "I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a 'community organizer,' except that you have actual responsibilities."
