Weary Americans are not excited by the GOP's SOP (Standard Operating Procedure/ Same Old Politics)
Last night's debut of Palin was the GOP's futile effort to put lipstick on the pig that is its entirely corrupt, inept, tried and failed agenda.

I understand the politics -- the Old Party had to excite its base. It had to react to the strength and newness of the positive movement behind Obama. So they found a fresh face, and contorted it to fit the same old same old.

The base is ecstatic! And Americans weary of the known know that there's nothing new or inspiring here. At the end of the day, the smell test has the last word.

Anyone remember when sitcoms tried to mimic real rock bands, but never got it right???

1. I agree. RNC only reaches the extreme right fundamentalist
types.
