Growth in numbers of Democratic voters since 2004? |
|
I recently read an article and I can't find it anymore (maybe I'm not googling very well) that showed the Democratic Party and self-identified Democratic voters has grown significantly since 2004 and the last Presidential race.
Did I read that linked here? I sure would like to bookmark that article.

1. That's been the theme of the more sane and intellligent talking heads shows at night. |

Both Lehrer and Charlie Rose have had quite a few pundits and media folks saying that Bush has caused significant erosion and people have been flocking to register as Democrats, to the point that if the GOP energizes its base it will not be enough - and they are not likely to get the independents with the type of bullshit they've been playing the past few nights.

3. Well they lost my family completely.. |
|
Myself, husband (both 20 year republicans), my in-laws, and assorted other lifelong republicans have switched over. And what I find really amazing is that it wasn't only the ridiculous big government spending, lies, corruption etc... of the republican party that switched us all over, but also the honest talk and honest actions of Obama. We weren't only running away from something, but also running TO something. I was not even going to vote this time around, but Mr. Obama changed my mind. If you would have told me 4 years ago that I would vote for a democrat I would have laughed. But here I am! And proud of it!
