My husband was in A school and power school with some 'jail or sail' folks.

It's usually some sort of non-violent offense, so vandalism would be a completely unsurprising reason. A guy who was hubby's roommate liked to steal car stereos for fun. Good guy. He turned his life around.


Lately, though, people have been getting waivers for violent, or drug related offenses. There's desperation to keep the numbers up.
