question about availability of internet kiosks in truckstops on USA interstate and state highways |
|
I have a friend who drives a truck long haul in the USA for a living. She is going to use her email account to keep in touch with me instead of paying a cell phone bill. Are internet kiosks common on interstate highways and state highways in the USA for truckstops ? Thanks in advance. Oh yes, she does not have a laptop or portable computer of any kind.

1. I've seen them in most truck stops I've been in. They are out of order from time to time. |

Have wi-fi available at rest stops, I saw a lot of truck stops with it available along I-80 and I-94 this last summer, also you can park near a lot of Motels and log on to their systems as they are not all set for security...lot of coffee shops and libraries are set up with wi-fi
