Condi Rice sits down with Qaddafi, who was behind an admitted terrorist attack that killed American military personnel by blowing up a plane over Scotland (Pan Am 103).

Now we are making oil deals with him, and playing nice. Yet when Barack suggests that we open a line of communication with Iranian officials, it's tantamount to treason.

Now I get it. If you're actually a terrorist, it's OK with Repukes, but if you might be one, we should never try to talk you out of it.

Makes all the sense in the world to me now.

2. I was just having a similar discussion on another board
They were claiming Obama was going to negotiate with terrorists. I asked what they meant and asked them to show me where he said that. They of course said Iran. I of course pointed to N. Korea. Then I repeated what I said earlier in the conversation the description I had made about Obama's tone, stopping the 'with us or against us' shit, etc, you know all the arguments.

The conversation kind of stopped there. Strange, eh?
