13. Riot 'Police' .... without identification ....... I remember a ......

short video clip here on DU of full gear storm troopers being yelled at from protesters about their lack of 'badges' .... outward identification ..... hmmmmmm. And how the mayor of St. Paul apparently also handed the authority of his own police force over to 'Homeland Security'. Didn't have much time to follow up on either of these story's but could this have a tie in with Blackwater?
