Where did all the money Palin lobbied for go?

I live in a town slightly smaller than Wasilla was when Palin was Mayor. From the money she lobbied and bonded for could keep us afloat for about half a century. And that includes the municipal power plant. Actually with one major industry in town we have infrastructure for a town of about 12,500.
What the fuck did she spend the money on?
