They are telling us the snake handling, poison sipping, speaking in tongues, religious fundamentalists are overjoyed and all pumped up over John Bush's VP pick?

I don't need to go into any details but after watching the copies of The Enquirer flying off the shelves at the grocery store today I just can't believe the fundies are overjoyed with John Bush's VP pick. Can you? If the Dems tried bringing a VP pick with a background like Palins (which we wouldn't) into the race the fundies would be going crazy about it. Is someone trying to play us here?

1. It's all really bizarre

The more you hear about her, the more is seems extremely odd. Something doesn't seem right. It's almost like the republicans knew her background and said "lets see what happens if we pick HER... I bet the American people are THAT stupid..."

I shudder at the thought McCain/Palin could be leaders of this country.
