She seems like a "Sports Mom" but doesn't she remind you of every "smiling beaurocrat" who denied you health insurance benefits, auto claims insurance benefits and the rest..even though you had a DISASTER and were just trying to "claim with the proper forms?" Was someone like "Sarah" who took your report smiling at you while she processed but then stuck the "shiv" in your heart when she "denied your claim?" I've seen dozens of Sarah, Barracuda in my lifetime....she brings back memories.

AND, she uses her "Kill Instinct" to show YOU who is BOSS?

I know this might be a posts that "Feminists" would go against...shocked to see such a post on DU...but underneath it all..

Aren't Candidates like Sarah Palin seen by both MALES AND FEMALES ...as "Ball Busters?" The type of person who is Male or Female who GOES AFTER their OPPOSITE SEX ..when it suits them...to WIN?

We've all seen these kinds of people in our local government rising to the "top of the ticket."

Isn't it time we recognized that there are some truly "out there candidates" who use their "Sex/Gender/Non-Gender...for their own "Personal Ambitions?"

Is Sarah a "Ball Buster" or not. I see her as the kind of person who would "gut my vagina" and "bust your balls" in a HEARTBEAT. Because.....SARAH IS ALWAYS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN...about SARAH!

Gender descriptions like "ball-buster" are self-limiting definitions of personality that falsely attribute motivation and drive to gender. Palin is an extremely driven individual whose motivation is power and ego driven. The fact she chooses to channel this in anti-social and petty methods is a character flaw that has nothing to do with her sex.

I can only represent my personal view, but on a base level as a progressive guy I find her to be repulsive and quite unattractive.

In the bigger picture, the fault of overt sexism rests squarely with John McCain. He knows his choice of Sarah Palin was a tremendous risk. He knows he's behind. Speaking of behinds, McCain checking out her ass on national television was something that won't go away. We all know why Miss Wasilla is there on our teevees.

As a campaign tactic, the Palin nomination was brilliant but I also see that it could be an unimaginable failure. It's a gamble.

See my clarification to LITHOS...up thread... She's a Genderless user...if you don't like "ball buster" or "Ovary Buster," user. We've all seen them and dealt with them. They spring up because we have diversity...but they always end up in "positions of power" over those who have none. It's a "type" of person who sees themself superior to those they are supposed to "serve," as professionals, clericals or beaurocrats in all areas of government. I've seen her in the "Motor Vehical Registration/License Renewal Departments," and in the Hospitals asking for my insurance card and then looking over the top of the glasses or underneath in that "stare" as they grill you on every detail of your insurance while you are either in the Emergency Room in Crises or waiting to have an Operation that you've already been "cleared for" by the insurance Co... but this person wants to "make sure" you aren't some creep trying to "game the system." The Librarian who "shhh's you"...the "over agressive cop" who thinks you look "suspicious".....the folks in all walks of life who get into their heads that THEY are BETTER than YOU...and they enjoy showing that.

Just saying. Sarah has seemed "very familiar" to many folks who have posted about her on other Blogs in comments and even here. We've ALL MET SARAH...somewhere. I think that she is a person who has a lot of self-hatred, behind the raging personality disorder. I think that she hates women, as a result. I wouldn't frame Sarah Palin as possessing either "male" or "female" qualities. She is just ambitious and vindictive. There are men and women who possess those traits equally. Usually it comes out of a sense of entitlement and deprivation. I have likened Palin to a Bush type figure. If you look at it, they are similar, except obviously their background. They are both bullies who use their sarcasm and cutting comments to appear down to earth, when they are actually "wannabe elitists". They have ambition to climb to the ranks of the intellectual upper classes, but lack the intellect.

I wouldn't frame the argument in terms of gender traits but rather in terms of character pathology.
