Palin's Voice is Like Nails On a Chalkboard |
|
I thought that from the first time I'd heard her, thinking it was just me. Then my apolitical friend cringed upon hearing her speak for the first time yesterday. "Who can stand listening to her screech" was the comment she made. To my surprise she went on to say "I'm gonna have to register to vote...can't handle 4 years of that sound." :7
Save Your Ear Drums, Vote Obama!
Hey, whatever works.

1. I can't listen to her. |

I switch the channel on the radio or TV when she comes on. Her voice, combined with that slight "Fargo" accent, drives me crazy.

2. It's what cost her that well paid, high powered career in broadcasting |
|
Whenever she'd get excited about some team, she'd have an unfortunate habit of screeching.
That is one thing they're not going to be able to deal with. They can have her memorize all the canned speeches in the world, but if anything unanticipated happens, she will screech.
That will do it for low information voters. You know, morons.

The more I hear her, the more irritating I find it. Maybe it's because the voice also is broadcasting a message of lies and smears. That probably exacerbates the pitch that I'm hearing.
