Has anyone noticed Andrea Mitchell's timing is always off?

Her interview with Dan Balz just now, I thought there was an audio delay because everytime he finished answering there was almost a 5 second delay before she responded, but, there was no delay in Balz's responses. I'm thinking maybe it there could be a delay only on one end? However, thinking back, she frequently seems to be slow off the mark and it's very distracting. Is she on medication? Whatsup with Andrea?

But I think it's the satellite delay. I don't know why it should be more noticeable with Mitchell than with her interviewee. It may be he was ready with his answers and didn't wait for Mitchell's full questions.

It would seem to me, admittedly an electronic ignoramus, that some genius could clean up this delay problem. It's very distracting.

2. I started to notice it during the Rethug Convention

even before the balloon incident ... she seemed sluggish in speech even, like she is on pain medication or something?

6. I noticed it way before the conventions.

She's doing it again with the WH reporter. Showed a split screen, it looks like there's a considerable delay in her cueing. Is that the right word? But she's like that all the time.
