What if 5% of "Likely Voters" don't vote, and 5% of "new voters" do. How does that change the national polls?

My take is that it puts Obama ahead in every poll, and in almost every swing state. (McCain needs to run the table on those swing states to get to 270 electoral votes, which he will not accomplish)

It is the difference between their math, and "the math"
