Super Dweeb kicks Palin's ass on hardball!
James Grimaldi, apparently author of the "per diem" story
on Palin today, interviewed by Mathews.
The guy looks like he must have been picked on a lot
in gym class, but he was saying the things that we've
been waiting to hear a journalist say.
Like, The Truth, with a little bit of
righteous anger.
"Hey, I don't expect to get paid when I stay
at home, and I don't expect a travel allowance to
commute to work!"

catch the repeat if you can - A STAR IS BORN!

2. The IRS doesn't consider commuting to work to qualify for mileage reimbursement.
So, neither should the state of Alaska.

4. IRS also does not require businesses to pay mileage or other per diems.
They just determine what will be acceptable when used.

3. He also made a good point about Troopergate
He pointed out that the Trooper had already been punished for his behavior before Palin became Governor. Palin sought to have the case reinvestigated and seemed to carry on a personal vendetta.

The lady from the Chicago Tribune (I believe that was her paper) seemed to skip over a lot of details. The Trooper didn't fully taser a kid. What I mean is that they make it sound like the guy attacked a kid and tried to subdue him, the way non-journalist journalists like that lady from the Chicago Tribune tell the story. This false light in which they portray the facts seems to be intended to make Palin's vengeful activities sound more reasonable.
