''There has not been another attack on our soil in 2,557 days.''

I got mad when I heard the crazy warmonger say that on the tee-v.

Well, before September 11, 2001, it had been, like what,
1812 since the United States been so injured by an enemy?

6. You are correct, my Friend.
Thousands of Americans did die and America was hurt on Dec. 7, 1941.

I was thinking Hawaii was a Territory then -- They the Government having stolen it from the Hawaiians.

5. They tend to leave off the 4000+ Americans killed in Iraq, too.
Yeah, maybe they weren't on American soil, but they should have been.

7. That suicide of the prime suspect dropped off the media radar PDQ.
No, though. Bush doesn't count attacks by U.S. government employees to be terrorism.

4. Notice how they leave off how many such attacks were thwarted under Clinton.
Funny how a Democrat anticipates dangers and prevents them, whereas Republicans just act surprised when they happen and start killing millions of people to make up for their oversight. Clinton was obsessive with his attempts on Bin Laden, and every time, the Republicans accused him of attacking an innocent man to divert attention from his own problems--problems that the Republicans created to defeat Clinton rather than trying to run the country.

Bush was the failure that caused 9-11. He gets no brownie points for doing a slightly better job after that.

9. Agree wholeheartedly, jobycom. ''Bush was the failure that caused 9-11.''

The only way they know how to play is the Big Lie over the Mighty Wurlitzer.

Down the Memory Hole goes how Bush slept (hid) aboard a destroyer offshore at the Genoa G-8 summit in July 2001 -- an affair threatened by bin Laden aerial attack.

So, Bush warned Ashcroft to stop flying commercial, but failed to warn America that some nut was going to hijack airplanes and crash them into big buildings.

Then Bush ignored the President's Daily Brief personally delivered to him at Crawford in August, 2001. He ignored the information coming in from Colleen Rowley and the other FBI agents in Minneapolis and across the country about terrorist flight schools.

No, the Press Corpse doesn't talk about that. What's also weird is how often these chinless sychophants will repeat the GOP lie that Clinton had a chance to kill bin Laden and didn't. What First Amendment?

8. Great, so they know how to count...
Terrorists don't operate on a timetable, if attacks were scheduled they wouldn't be acts of terrorism (duh)...

It was eight years between the World Trade Center attacks...even though it happened on Repub watch they still try to blame Bill Clinton for not having done enough, which is hysterical since Clinton was often criticized for obsessing about terrorists...

10. It's like the sign in the factory: ''We have not had a serious accident in ...45 Days.''

Clinton also listened to what Richard Clarke had to say. The White House counter-terror czar got demoted by Condescenda and told to STFU about bin Laden. Then, after 9-11, Clarke was ordered to find the link to Iraq.

Shameless traitors -- Bush and his henchcreatures.

"No accidents in XXX days."

And it's usually some asshole doing something stupid that resets the whole thing back to zero.

15. ''Asshole'' is right.
The crazy warmonger did everything
before, during and after 9-11 wrong.

No enemy of America has done more to hurt the United States in all its 232-year history
than George Walker Bush -- economically, militarily, legally or in any other terms.

Are we supposed to think that NOT failing like they did is good?

DO they think I'm a moron?

That proves that the Bush administration has done a good job of keeping the elephants out of Manhattan.

16. There weren't any attacks for eight and a half years before 9-11.
"But, what about the embassies?"

How many Americans died?

"What about the USS Cole?"

That was a heavily-armed military craft in their backyard. We've had hundreds of USS Coles in Iraq.
