"In what respect Charlie"
She sounded an looked so nervous and that God-awful squeaky voice of hers makes me cringe!! The way she kept slumping told me she only wanted to get the Hell out of there!! Ready to lead? I think not. Just hope the rest of America sees what a joke she is. Only, this is not a joke, is it? This is reality. She very well could be our next pResident of the WH!!

:scared:

1. Remember when Shrub was first running as Pres, he was asked questions about names of world leaders,
and he flubbed it terribly.....he was sElected anyway-scary stuff.

2. very scary stuff
I remember so many of bu$h blunders during the election campaign back then, like the "borders" of Canada & Mexico, the "Gyn's practicing their love with women all across America" and this list could go on & on. So many. And he became our pResident of the WH.:scared:

I'm watching Joe Scumbag, and it looks like he's afraid of Failin going out on her own. It looks like he is advising McBush & Failin to campaign together. I find that kind of funny.

3. She would not go off script.
I was amused when he asked her about the bush doctrine and she sat back in her chair all smug
and said "in what regard, Charlie?" Like that was going to shut him down and change the subject. He almost told her what it was but stopped himself and asked for her interpretation of it, and she wouldn't/couldn't answer.

6. That answer was like when a student doesn't know how do an essay question,
and they start writing stuff like 'the civil war was a war that was civil. It happened here in the US in olden time.'

9. not very good reviews

from what I heard on NPR this morning

they pointed out how she ducked question about bush doctrine and tried to turn it around to energy issue

I think what we are seeing now is where the hype about Palin doesn't meet reality.

11. "Churlie."
Geez, even her voice grates on me. She makes Bush look like FDR in comparison.

13. Her response brought back memories of Bush explaining tribal sovereignty...
"Tribal sovereignty means that; it's sovereign. I mean, you're a -- you've been given sovereignty, and you're viewed as a sovereign entity. And therefore the relationship between the federal government and tribes is one between sovereign entities."

14. That Reminded Me Of Sweet Charity

...and the last thing we could stand is her trying to sing "Hey Big Spender"

I'm used to the protocol of where you don't use a person's first name unless you have met them previously...methinks this was the first time Grandma had been used to steamrolling the local media and wasn't ready for primetime.

What was more alarming was how he had to help her out and she still didn't get it...those lessons from Joementum sure weren't working. It brings up the two big questions...first is if this lady is TRULY qualified as being a 72-year old heartbeat away? And what kind of judgement did Gramps use in selecting her over a number of far more qualified women candidates.

16. "Well the Bush Doctrine was a doctrine started by Bush, and its a very good doctrine.."
-thats what she's saying- and you can imagine the right wingers clapping and saying "good answer!" like a family of morons on Family Feud.

17. Actually, she looked ticked when Charlie asked it
There was this look in her eyes, like, "how dare you ask me a question like that?" Almost scary -- you could see the vindictiveness in her eyes.

You know we live in interesting times when I can honestly say, "Good job, Charlie."
